If you are visiting from out of town, and are a current member at a registered CrossFit affiliate, you are welcome to stop in for class! If possible, please give us a heads up by filling out the contact form on the right hand side of the page. If 6AM is the class you are interested in attending please make sure you contact us in advance to make sure you are registered for that class.

The Drop-In rate is:

$20/class
$50/week of classes
