Want to check out CrossFit first hand and see for yourself what it’s all about?! The first step is to schedule your free intro. class where we’ll introduce you to the methods of CrossFit, go over some fundamental movements/skills and do a brief workout at the end of the session. At the end of this session we will cover enrollment options, schedule etc. with you.
The next step is to choose an enrollment package and join the gym. The first 3-4 weeks of your training will be spent in our Beginners Class learning the basics of the movements (Snatch, Kettle Bell work, Clean and Jerk, Basic Gymnastics, Plyometrics etc.) and the protocols that we use here at CrossFit Littleton.

The Beginner Classes occur 5 days/week: MWF from 6:00-7:00PM & TuTh from 7:00-8:00PM.
If you wish to put together a semi-private group or private session(s) according to your custom schedule you can absolutely do that as well. Just give us a call to discuss it.
