Getting Started

Getting started at our gym is easy:

1.) Fill out the Contact form to the right, get your complimentary consultation scheduled and SHOW UP. Nothing will happen if you don’t walk in the door.

2.) Choose a group membership package and/or ECS Service that works for you and get started right now. We’ll go over all of your options in detail at your intro appointment.

3.) Show up consistently 2-3x week and change your life.

The long story:

The first step to getting started is to schedule your complimentary consultation. This takes about an hour and a half. The only way to make an informed decision about whether our offerings, our gym and our people are right for you is to come down and meet us in person.

During the session we’ll sit a down and have a conversation so we can get a chance to know each other.  It’s important that we get an understanding of who you are (and vice versa) and what your goals/needs entail. Then we can come up with an informed approach/plan of action to meet those needs and confirm that it’s a good fit.

If group classes are your primary interest or seem to be the right choice, we’ll discuss how the classes work, getting starting in the Fundamentals Program and moving forward from there.

We also offer customized services for clients who either want/need a more personalized service. This is our ECS program.

If you are unsure as to what the best fit is, no worries, we can help bring that to the surface during the consultation.

We will also do some mechanical/structural assessment so that we can get an understanding of where you are at developmentally. This will affect which tier of programming you are following each day for the training if you decide to go the group class route or how your individual coach programs for you for program design or personal training.

At the end of the session we will go over the group membership options or the appropriate ECS service offerings so that we can find the right service and level of commitment for you.
