Getting Started

The first step to getting started is to schedule your free one hour private intro. The only way to make an informed decision about whether our program, our gym and our people are right for you is to come down, meet us and try us out. During this time we’ll give you a tour of the facility, talk about what you’ve been doing with yourself athletically etc. (or not) and what you’re wanting out of the program, discuss CrossFit as a method and how we run the gym, do a brief workout (nothing crazy!) and go over the Beginner Class (where new folks start), enrollment, pricing and schedule.

It can be intimidating when you watch videos of CrossFit or see the World Games on TV. Please understand that the program is infinitely scalable and we accommodate you the client not the other way around. We train 15 year olds, 50 year olds, all different body types, athletic abilities and professions – people from all walks of life.

CrossFit may not be for you, it’s not for everyone. But the determining factor is almost never your physical ability or condition.
