Class Schedule

In order to best serve our clients, we offer classes 7 days/week: mornings, afternoons, evenings and on Saturday and Sunday. Also, select CFL memberships include access to open gym during our hours of operation.

You must register online for all classes here. The only exceptions are Beginner Class and Kids Class.

For all 6AM classes: you must register by 8PM the night prior. That is the last time the coach will check to make sure at least 1 client will be attending. If no one is registered by that time no coach will be present at 6AM the following day.
