Private training sessions better fit the needs and desires of certain individuals. CrossFit Littleton offers private one hour or 1/2 hour sessions and custom boot camps with the coach of your choice. Whether you are looking to increase your performance for a specific athletic endeavor or goal, have a very specific schedule or are just more comfortable in a one-on-one environment, we can help.
