Private training sessions better fit the needs and desires of certain individuals. CrossFit Littleton offers private training for individuals, couples and small groups with the coach of your choice. Whether you are looking to increase your performance for a specific athletic endeavor or goal, have a very specific schedule or are just more comfortable in a one-on-one environment, we can help.

Experience: I have had the privilege of being involved with Crossfit for 5 years both as an athlete and as a Coach/Trainer.  I absolutely love this evolving sport and way of training. I have personally seen the benefits of the CrossFit method both in myself and my clients, from weight loss to strength gains to overall well being. It has been amazing to witness the transformation in the people I work with because of Crossfit and making Fitness a lifestyle instead of a chore.

My clients range from the competitive, sport specific athlete to the soccer mom and everything in between. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with anyone that is motivated to make a lifelong impact on there health and wellness.

To me working out is not just a way to reach short term goals, but rather
a way of life. People constantly ask me what I am training for and the
answer is LIFE. I have been working out since I can remember and have
always been interested in health. In 2009, I really ramped up my workouts
when I became serious about Crossfit and obtained my Level I Crossfit Cert.
I competed in 2009 in the FRCF Colorado Crossfit Open competition where
I placed 9th overall. Ever since that time my passion has grown for helping people find a
way to enjoy working out and reach their goals.

All of the workouts are varied, extremely functional and are directed
towards the client’s personal focus. Whether your goals are sport specific, short
term, long term, or for overall health, I can help you!


$80 per hour
$45 per half hour
10 (30-40min) sessions for $400
