Every Saturday at 8AM we offer a Ladies Only Lifting Class. Basic bodyweight strength exercies, Powerlifting, Olympic lifting and derivatives are covered. Specific needs of women lifters can be addressed in a positive group setting.
For CFL members, there is a prerequisite of 3 months of training in the All Levels Class prior to joining the group.
This is the only class that we offer a punch pass for non-members. In this instance, please make sure you have gross competency in the major lifts (power clean, deadlift, overhead squat, back squat, etc.) and that you have some concept of your numbers relative to each lift. You may purchase a 10 class punch pass here.
