Balanced Fitness Boot Camp

[ July 1, 2014 5:00 pm to July 24, 2014 6:00 pm. ] Lose weight, feel better, have fun and learn about Balanced Fitness in a controlled, experienced and friendly setting.

Sessions will be varied and include Kettlebell and Dumbbell work, basic body weight movements for upper and lower body strength, core work, conditioning and other methods.
